  2. Love the extra fast response I got when the wrong item was recently shipped. They quickly re-ordered the item at the sale price and shipped it overnight! I was told to return the mistaken item at my convenience.

Also love the free shipping by emailing my SA with my 30% cardmember order, instead of placing it on the web site.

  3. Last week I got obsessed with an older necklace but did not have an item number. I sent off an email to J Crew and within the day had the style number and the latest price. I also put in post in Looking to Find, a great JCA tipped me off that there maybe one at her local store. Unfortunately it had been sold so I did a J Crew WWFIFY. The SA I got said there was 2 in inventory, it was on sale but she could not give me the 30% off but waived the shipping. She said to go into the store with the email confirmation and they would adjust my account. I was going anyway and the store SA, called and the in store price was $10 less, plus I got the necklace with the 30% off. Final price around $52, saw it on Ebay for $149 and $169. Everyone I spoke to at J Crew was polite and extremely helpful even though this was an older item and on sale. Thanks J Crew and all the SA's, outstanding customer service.

  4. I recently got the "school of fish" merino Tippi - it is so cute! And fairly light-weight, so given the cool summer we are having so far, I've actually been able to wear it.

  5. I recently ordered a city mini skirt in neon azalea from the factory store and it was lost in the mail. Tracking the item said it was delivered but I never received the item. I assume a neighbor or something got my package but no one returned it to me. Bummer! I was waiting for this skirt.

I called J. Crew Factory didn't know what they could do since it said it had been delivered, but the rep immediately said that they could refund my money or order a new skirt if it was available. Unfortunately the 00 was sold out. So I was totally bummed. But I truly appreciated their quick response and no hassle customer service. It's a reason I continue to shop J. Crew and J. Crew Factory.

Lucky for me, after my package was lost I found the skirt in stores. Thank Goodness!

    Have a great weekend!
